Ascend Foot & Ankle Center is by appointment only, Dr. Hofer-Ogilvie does her best to accomodate same day appointments. Please note that appointment times with Dr. Ogilvie may fluctuate due to her podiatry travel schedule. The doctor will call to confirm requests made.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor.

Please arrive early so that we can complete your initial paperwork. Also, please bring the following:

  • List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency
  • Information about patient's medical and surgical history
  • Recent test results, x-rays, or relevant records

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

At Ascend Foot and Ankle we understand life happens and do our best to extend grace to all families we serve, but this policy helps ensure we run an efficient and effective practice that meets the needs of our community.

To cancel or reschedule, please alert our office at least 24 hours before your appointment OR you will be charged a $50 fee.

Email, texts, and social media messages do not qualify as a cancellation. Changes can only be made by contacting our office and speaking with our staff at (303) 537-4714.
